RETURN + SHIPPING POLICIES
RETURN POLICY
Please ask any questions and review all items carefully before making your purchase as all sales are final, including digital goods, custom designs, and orders not yet shipped. All items in your cart may be reviewed before purchase. Please review those items, as these terms also apply to duplicate items.
SHIPPING + ORDER FULFILLMENT
Unless otherwise noted, please allow 7 to 14 business days from custom order placement for production/receipt of any proof(s). Approved custom items will ship within 1 to 3 business days after approval.
Ready made items ship out within 1 to 3 business days and have an estimated arrival time of 3 to 5 business days after shipment. Please have patience as postal delays may occur.
Be sure to confirm that your address is correct prior to completing checkout. If an item is returned to K+S Design Co., shipping will need to be repaid at your expense.
Once items have shipped, K+S Design Co. is no longer responsible for any items lost. If you suspect that your item is lost in the mail, please contact your local postal service.

Order Minimums
$150 opening orders | $100 reorders
Shipping
All orders will ship from Clayton, NC via UPS or USPS with tracking, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Pickup is available for local orders.
Returns
All sales final; please notify me immediately for replacement of any items that arrive damaged. Faire has their own return policy which will be adhered to for orders placed there.
Lead Time
I’ll do my best to get you your order ASAP but please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Please also specify if you would like your order shipped at a later date. If shipment is potentially delayed for any reason, you will be notified immediately.
Payment
Cards and PayPal are accepted via my invoicing system. Net terms are available via Faire.
